FRIENDS
Very few people can make it to her friend list. Narcissa is a snob and chooses her friends very carefully. She may be nice to you, but all of it could just be because her husband wants to get on your good side, or because she doesn't want her meaner face to be seen. Only those who earned her respect, or her trust, can be considered friend. Being a close friend is even harder. So far, Severus Snape had made it to this level.
ENEMIES
Now, it seems that almost everyone is her enemy. The Malfoys are disgraced and under control of the Ministry, which doesn't please her at all. She hates it when strangers can raid their home whenever they want. Also, if you are a blood-traitor, or a mudblood, stay well away from her.Even when she does allow you to speak to her, be well aware that it may not be a pleasant conversation.
LOVERS
Sorry I blow up your bubbles but she is taken. Lucius will forever and ever be the love of her life.
